Budget Car and Truck Rental Sydney Domestic Airport

Had car booked for over 2 weeks with the request for a baby seat for a 12 week old .
When we collected the car a booster seat was in place totally unsuitable for a 12 week old baby. Took 40 minutes for the seat to be changed over and when he was finished installing it my husband check it to find that he hadnt even secured it to the harness point!!!!!.

Had car for two days dropped it back to now discover that two payments have been deducted on the credit card $ 521.00 to have a car for 2 days And now to top it all off cant even get anyone on the phone.

Will NEVER EVER use you again, will have a safer cheaper friendlier experience on the bus
